WHAT DO WE OFFER
At TEBCO Engineering we offer a wide range of services from manual machining to CNC laser cutting.
Manual Turning
We have two manual lathes, max diameter of 500mm.
CNC Router
With two CNC routers with a bed size of 550mm x 300mm we can offer low production runs, prototyping and ongoing production work.
Manual Milling
We have two mills, the largest is a 2 hp bridge port that allows us to do a large variety of job shop work. With a range of tooling to provide face milling to boring.
CNC Laser
We have a 60w Co2 laser with a bed size of 750mm x 500mm which gives us the ability to produce parts in plastics, woods and the added benefit of engraving metals.
Welding and Fabrication
We can offer TIG, MIG and stick welding. Gas welding and oxyacetylene cutting.
Onsite welding services are also available.
CAD Design
With the access to industry standard CAD programs we can design models and produce drawings to suit your needs.
